This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.177 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police and Quash the same in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned.

The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aathoor by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220001291C202500269 on 26.11.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
