CRP(MD). No.1178 of 2012 This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing O.S.No.110 of 2012.

2.This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 04.10.2019, by directing the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.110 of 2012 within a period of six months. 3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the suit owing to Covid-19 lock-down.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further six months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of O.S.No.110 of 2012. The learned Judge shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the case within the prescribed time.
