ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order made in E.A.No.2 of 2021 in E.P.No.247 of 2019 in O.S.No.124 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Tenkasi, dated 30.08.2023, allow the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Second Appeal filed against the order in A.S.No.6 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020 passed by the Additional District Court cum Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, in S.A(MD)Nos.35 and 36 of 2021 was disposed by this Court by judgment dated 04.03.2024.

3. In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous. Depending upon the judgment in the Second Appeal, the parties can work out remedy.

4. With the above liberty, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
