DECREE : This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court and the material Papers in these Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for Appellant and the respondent is not appeared either in person or through his counsel, and this Court doth order and decree as follows :

1. that the award dated 06.12.2014 passed in MCOp.No.1029 of 2003 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Special Sub Court, Thanjavur, be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed.

2. that the Appellant/Transport Corporation be and hereby is directed to deposit the entire award amount to the credit of MCOP.No.1029of 2003, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the award amount already not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ deposited.

3. that the claimant be and hereby is permitted to withdraw the entire award amount less the amount already drawn, without filing any permission petition before the Tribunal.
