This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute based on the false complaint given by the third respondent. 2.Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the complaints lodged by the defacto complainant with the second respondent against the petitioners were registered in C.Nos.G4/280/4333/SP/2023, G4/2811/25067/SP/2023 and G4/3274/29245/SP/2023 and after enquiry, the same were closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
