ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.VELMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
