ORDER

The present writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to enter into Sri https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.296 of 2021 Pidariamman Temple, situate at Perungalur, Pudukottai District and participate in the said temple function.

2. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 4, would submit that the petitioner and the private respondents represented before the respondent police that they would settle the issue amicably among themselves and hence, the complaint was closed on 10.01.2021. According to him, nothing survives for further adjudication. This is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
