ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his retirement benefits has not been settled, even after a proposal has been sent by the second respondent to the first respondent, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to sanction the retirement benefits.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the second respondent has already sent a proposal to the first respondent, on 26.11.2025 and the first respondent has to take a call.

3.Since the proposal has already been sent to the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to take a call on the proposal made by the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
