ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is a De-facto complainant in Cr.No.30 of 2016, on the file of Inspector of Police, Anti-Land Grabbing Special Cell, District Crime Branch, Thanjavur.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the petition had been filed seeking for direction to file a final report.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a final report was filed after the completion of the investigation before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu which is numbered as C.C.no.56 of 2019., and subsequently, transferred to Special Court under Anti-Land Grabbing Act. After abolition of the Special Court under the Anti-Land Grabbing act, the case has been once again transferred to Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had also furnished the proceedings of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in A.No. 119/2022/A1, date 31.05.2022. The Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu.
