The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 423, 406, 420, 506(i) and 120B of IPC, in Crime No.7 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed before this Court. The earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioners were dismissed by this Court. There are no change in circumstances even now.
