/Respondents/Petitioners-Landlords PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, against the order in R.C.A.No.72 of 2009 dated 23.12.2011 on the file of the Principal Sub Court (Rent Controller Appellate Authority) Madurai by confirming the order passed in I.A.No.35 of 2008 in R.C.O.P.No.23 of 1996 dated 04.11.2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court (Rent Control) Madurai Taluk at Madurai.

This revision is preferred by the tenant under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tenant has been vacated, possession has also been handed over and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
