3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 217 days. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of 2/3
