The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the second respondent by way of paper publication in one issue of local Tamil daily having circulation in Chennai Town.

2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. Records perused.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Chennai Town Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 27.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 18.04.2026.

4. Post the matter on 27.04.2026.
