DECREE: This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and material papers.Upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, Mr.T.SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the Appellant and Mr.D.SIVARAMAN Advocate for the Respondent No.2,and the 1st respondent not appearing either person or by Advocate this Court , while disposing the appeal, doth order and decree as follows:- (1)That the compensation awarded by the Tribunal is reduced to Rs.49,14,176/- (Rupees Fourty Nine Lakhs Fourteen Thousand and one hundred Seventy Six Only) instead of Rs.49,67,570/-(Rupees Fourty Nine Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand and Five Hundred Seventy Only) (2)That the Insurance company is directed to deposit the entire award amount with 7.5% interest per annum from the date of petition till the date of deposit, less the amount already deposited, if any, before the Tribunal, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

(3)That on such deposit being made, the claimant is permitted to withdraw entire amount with interest and costs. (4)That the Excess amount, if any, had already been deposited, the same shall be withdrawn by the Insurance company. (5)That there be no costs.
