JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate stated that the Sub Registrar, Paramakudi has sent a letter to this Court, stating that the appellant has paid the amount fixed for the stamp duty.

2. In view of the report sent by the Sub Registrar, Paramakudi and in view of the certificate for payment of stamp duty, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
