RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 235 days in representation of the above said C.M.A.SR.No.23812 / 2018 and thus render justice. PRAYER IN CMA(MD) No.SR23812 of 2018:

To set aside the order of the Tribunal of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Special District Judge, Thiruchirapalli made in M.C.O.P.No.1896/2014 dated 19.03.2018 and allow the appeal with costs and render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.JAWAHAR RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The case has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner/Insurance Company."

2.By order dated 27.02.2019, this Court condoned the delay of 235 days in re-presenting the said appeal on condition to pay a sum of Rs.300/- as cost to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund on that day itself.

has been inadvertently paid to the High Court Legal Service Committee on 28.02.2019 and therefore, the same may be ratified. 4.Considering the above submission that payment of cost has been made inadvertently, this Court is inclined to ratified the same. Accordingly, the cost memo dated 28.02.2019 is taken on record and the delay in re-presenting the said appeal is condoned. 5.The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy and after numbering the appeal, post the same on 07.03.2018 for admission. sd/- 04/03/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
