produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter, namely, Renisha, D/o.Late Vijayakumar, aged 22 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Renisha, aged 22 years, who is said to be suffering from some mental illness is in the illegal custody of the third respondent.
2. After sending a representation by post to the police on 02.01.2023, this Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed on the same day. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this Habeas Corpus Petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to go in person to the second respondent and lodge a complaint and based on that, the second respondent is directed to register a regular FIR for 'woman missing' and take action in accordance with law.
3. With the above direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
