No.45 of 2009 seeking one month time to dispose the case, and in the presence of Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.V.Chandra Sekar, for 2nd Respondent, Mr.G.Maruthiah, for 5th Respondent, and the 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th and 11th respondents having not appear either in person or through their Counsels, this Court made the following order:

The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the CRP(MD) No.45 of 2009.

2. The learned District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru had sought for extension of one month and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by one month and accordingly, it is extended by one month from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
