JUDGMENT

This appeal is against acquittal. The case arises out of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the matter has been amicably resolved before the Lok Adalat. An affidavit has also been filed by the parties and a copy of the application has also been enclosed. 3.In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this appeal. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal shall stands disposed of.
