This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 10.04.2012 made in C.M.A.No.07 of 2011, Additional Sub Court, (Trainee District Judge), Ramanathapuram, by reversing the order and decreetal order dated 05.04.2011 made in I.A.No.393 of 2010 in O.S.No.99 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the main suit itself has been disposed of and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and the same has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
