ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.516 of 2020 of Nagudi Police Station, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the case was registered by the Inspector of Police, Nagudi Police Station against unknown accused and investigation is underway.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent/Inspector of Police, Nagudi Police Station, is directed to expedite the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.516 of 2020 as expeditiously as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
