Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR T, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner has take care his father, who was suffering from severe diabetic problem, he is unable to execute the sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.13267 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 09.09.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13267 of 2021 is extended

further for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
