Order:This petition coming onfor orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of this court dated 23.11.2012 and made in C.P.No.4457/2012 and in the presence of Mr.V.Subramanian, petitioner in person and of Mr.M.Subash Babu, Advocate for the 2nd respondent and the first respondent not appearing in person or by Advocate, the court made the following order:- This Sub-Application has been filed seeking to re-open the Contempt Petition(MD)SR.No.4457 of 2012, which was disposed of on 23.11.2012.

2.Heard the petitioner, who appeared as party-in-person and perused the materials on record.

3.We have already passed orders on 23.11.2012, closing the Contempt Petition(MD)SR.No.4457/2012. It is pertinent to note that the petitioner/party-in-person himself made an endorsement to withdraw the contempt petition SR.on 23.11.2012 itself, stating that he may be permitted to file a fresh petition. Accordingly, there is no question of filing any subapplication in a closed matter for reopening the same. Accordingly, this sub-application is dismissed.
