3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that FIR has not been registered so far and that the matter has been referred to the Social Welfare Officer for mediation.

4.Since as on date, the apprehension of the arrest is not well founded, I am closing this petition. But then, a direction is given to the respondent to put the petitioners on notice, in the event of FIR being filed against the petitioners herein. 5.This criminal original petition is disposed of on these terms.
