ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie., 01.02.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry is undertaken in CSR No.2 of 2022. It is purely money transaction dispute between the parties.

2.It appears that there was money transaction dispute between the parties and as there is no case registered against this petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If any trouble arise in future, he may seek remedy through appropriate proceedings.
