JUDGMENT

The appellant herein was convicted for the offence under Section 304 (II) of IPC and sentenced to undergo five years rigorous imprisonment, vide Judgment dated 26.07.2010 in S.C.No.67 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge cum Fast Track Court No.1, Tuticorin. Questioning the same, this appeal has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the appellant had undergone the entire period of sentence and that, she was released on 26.09.2013 by giving her benefit of remission. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal. This criminal appeal is dismissed accordingly.
