Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 18/60 as amended by 1/80 against the order dated 30.01.2009 passed in R.C.A.No.6 of 2008 on the file of Rent Control Appellate Authority/Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, reversing the order dated 31.01.2008 made in R.C.O.P.No.10 of 2007 on the file of Rent Control Authority/District Munsif-cum-Magistrate, Rameswaram.

Decree: Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds of Petition, the order of the Lower Court and the material papers in this Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.Govindarajan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R.Sundar, Advocate for Respondent Nos.1,2 and 5 and none appeared for the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 and 7 and in pursuance of the affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner dated 19.03.2021 in USR No.8047 of 2021 stating that he will vacate and hand over the premises on or before 04.03.2022 to the respondents without fail, this Court while dismissing the Civil Revision Petition and confirming the order passed by the Tribunal below, doth order and decree as follows:

1 That, the order datetd 30.01.2009 passed in R.C.A.No.6 of 2008 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority/Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, reversing the order dated 31.01.2008 passed in R.C.O.P.No.10 of 2007 on the file of the Rent Control Authority / District Munsif-cum-Magistrate, Rameswaram be and hereby is confirmed.
