ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Sivasubramanian Advocate for R1, and Mr.P.Akkini Thevar Advocate for R2 to R5, and Mr.K.Vadivelan Advocate for R6, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 169 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.300/- in the above Civil Revision Petition.
