ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.1218 of 2004 in O.S.No.335 of 2003, dated 03.12.2010.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the revision petition has become infructuous and submitted that the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
