RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this court in order dt.01.10.2021 passed in Crl O.P No. 14780 of 2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESHKUMAR.S.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14780 of 2021 on 01.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14780 of 2021 on 01.10.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
