ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397 IPC, in Crime No.169 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 14.11.2021, the petitioner alleged to have attempted to assault the de-facto complainant by demanding him to fill up the petrol. While, the defacto complainant was returning from the Petrol Bunk, the second accused waylaid him and snatched Rs.1000/- from his pocket and this was assisted by the petitioner/A3. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that the second accused was granted regular bail by this Court and the first accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody and still he is in custody.
5. It is seen that it is the case of the robbery. The petitioner was present in the place of occurrence and also alleged to have assisted the co-accused in committing the offence.
