O R D E R

The wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.123 of 2020, pending on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur to the Sub Court, Sankarankoil.

2.Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience, as the wife is a resident of Karaisalkulam, Sankarankovil.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has strongly objected for transfer being ordered. 4.If the proceedings are continued in the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, the parties will required to appear before the Court for every hearing. Considering the convenience of both parties, the proceedings in HMOP No.123 of 2020 could be transferred to Sub Court, Sankarankoil, where the parties can appear for effective hearings only.

5.In view of the above, HMOP No.123 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankoil for being disposed of, in accordance with law. The Family Court, Srivilliputhur is directed to transmit the papers to the Sub Court, Sankarankoil, forthwith.

6. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. However, there will be no order as to costs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
