JUDGMENT
When the case was taken up for hearing on 15.11.2022, the learned Counsel for the appellant stated that the main G.W.O.P.No.212 of 2011 itself 1/4
was disposed of by the lower Court. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to get the report as to the stage of the case. 2.Today i.e. 29.11.2022, when the case was taken up for hearing, the report has been received from the trial Court. On perusal of the report, it is seen that the main G.W.O.P.No.212 of 2011 was already disposed of on 30.06.2017 after full trial. In the above circumstances, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 29.11.2022 Index: Yes / No Internet : Yes / No vsd 2/4
