(Judgment of the Court was delivered by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J) Learned counsel appearing for the appellant after generating considerable arguments at the Bar would realise that the controversy generated with regard to the consent accorded by him before the learned Family Court Judge, is not correctly recorded, cannot be resolved satisfactorily by us and hence, seeks leave to file an appropriate review petition before the same Court. 2.Preserving the said liberty to move the review application, we dismiss this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, as we have not found any ground for interference in the order passed by the Court below. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P(MD)No.6767 of 2016 is closed.
