Prayer in Crl.OP(MD)No.16547 of 2018:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to Charge Sheet in C.C.No.182 of 2014, dated 06.12.2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Manthiralingeswaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Nambi Selvan, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent this Court made the following order:- Due to the non appearance of the petitioner the said Criminal Original Petition was dismissed for default on 16.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that one of the counsel was affected cough and flu and the another counsel went to Chenni to attend M.L. Exam and hence, they have not appeared before this Court.
