2. The above civil miscellaneous appeal has been filed questioning the quantum.
3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay and this petition is accordingly ordered. Registry is directed to number the main appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the matter on 23.01.2019.
