PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 6th respondent herein to receive the document for registration and registrar the same, whenever presented by the petitioner in respect of property in Plots No.22, 24 in Survey No.65/21 Kazhanivasal Village, Sankarapuram Panchayat, Sakkottai Union, Karaikudi Tk., Sivagangai Dist., within the time limit fixed by this Court, For Petitioner :Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan For Respondents :Mr.S.Selvaganesan Additional Government Pleader

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 6th respondent to receive and register the documents presented by the petitioner with respect to the property in Plot Nos.22 and 24 in S.No.65/21 Kalanivasal Village, Sankarapuram village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. The issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18261 of 2019. That writ petition pertains to Plot Nos.10,11 and 14. Apart from that, all the
other facts are the same. In view of the same, the earlier order passed by this Court can be followed in this writ petition also.
4. In the result, there shall be a direction to the 6th respondent to consider the request made by the petitioner and take a decision with regard to the registration of the documents pertaining to the subject property by taking note of the order passed in W.P.No.15282 of 2015 dated 25.08.2015. The petitioner shall also produce all the relevant documents before the 6th respondent to substantiate her claim. If the 6th respondent ultimately finds that there is no restraint for entertaining the document for registration, the registration shall be made subject to the payment of stamp duty and registration charges and the document shall also be released. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
