RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by order dated 08.10.2021 in Crl O.P (MD) No. 15560 of 2021 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.T.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15560 of 2021 on 08.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.282 of 2022 and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
