Respondents/Respondents/Defendant Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition is filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 30.04.2012 made in I.A. No.539 of 2011 in O.S.No.159 of 2011 on the file of Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Nanguneri vide letter in D.No.442/2020 dated 18.09.2020 and this Court made the following order:

"This Petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing the suit in O.S.No.159 of 2011.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 18.10.2019, by directing the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.159 of 2011 within a period of three months.

3. Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the suit since regular Courts could not be conducted owing to Covid-19 lock-down.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of O.S.No.159 of 2011.
