The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit itself has been dismissed for default and nothing survives for consideration in this civil revision petition.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to revive the revision petition as and when the suit get restored to file. No costs.
