The main grievance of the petitioner is that though she filed an interim maintenance petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, dated 04.08.2020, in DVOP No.19/2020, the learned Judicial Magistrate, did not number the said petition and is kept pending for more than six months. She has also applied for the certified copy of the interim maintenance petition filed by her. 2.In the above circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, is directed to number the interim maintenance petition in DVOP. No.19/2020, dated 04.08.2020, if it is otherwise in order.

3.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
