ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents herein not to interfere in civil dispute.
2. The petitioner has earlier filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 21615 of 2022 and this Court, considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed, dismissed the petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the third respondent has preferred a complaint against the petitioner's father-in-law and the same came to be registered in CSR.No.635 of 2022 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that no petition or enquiry is pending against the petitioner. 2/4
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
