To set aside the order passed in I.A.No.335 of 2015 in O.S.No.370 of 2014 dated 10.12.2015 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Kuzhithuri and allow this revision petition.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 348 days in representing C.R.P.(MD)No.SR1373 of 2017.

2. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 348 days is condoned subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Legal Services Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.
