We have carefully gone through the judgment, dated 28.08.2008, passed in the W.A.(MD) No.480 of 2008. We do not find any

error apparent on the face of the order and even while the writ appeal was dismissed, the appellant was given leave to file a civil suit before the competent civil Court and redress his grievance. In view of the same, we do not find any merit in this application.

2. In view of the above, this review application stands dismissed. No costs.
