ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 08.02.2022 passed in Aa.Thi.Mu.No.Aa3/4452/2021 in Unnumbered I.A.No..... of 2021 in W.C.No.24 of 2015 on the file of Workmen Compensation Commissioner Tribunal, Dindigul (Karur Camp).

2.The said unnumbered I.A.No......of 2021 was filed by the revision petitioner to set aside the ex-parte order dated 21.03.2017 passed against him with a delay of 1678 days in filing the application, which was returned by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Dindigul on the ground that already attachment proceedings are going on, therefore, the petition cannot be taken on file. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Dindigul to number the petition and after sending notice to other side, decide the matter on merits. Till the disposal of the said unnumbered I.A.No......of 2021, the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Dindigul shall not take any coercive steps to execute the order. After receiving this order, the revision petitioner shall re-present the petition before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Dindigul, within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD)No.672 of 2022 a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the order dated 08.02.2022 passed in Aa.Thi.Mu.No.Aa3/4452/2021 is hereby set aside. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
