Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.JOEL PAUL ANTONY, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 356 days in filing the revision petition against the order dated 27.03.2019 made in Crl.A.No.147 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Session, Trichirappalli Division, Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli, confirming the order, dated 06.08.2018 made in D.V.C.No.2 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is ordered and delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) towards costs by way of Demand Draft to the respondent directly on or before 28.04.2022, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
