26723 of 2017 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Prayer in CMA(MD) No.SR 26723 of 2017:- To allow the Appeal aginst in M.C.O.P. No. 1691 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli award dated 10.03.2016 and to grant such other relief or reliefs that this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.N.DILIPKUMAR, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent and MR.V.J.KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the 4th Respondent, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This petition is filed to condone the delay of 162 days in paying deficit court fee in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 162 days is condoned and this petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
