Prayer in CMA(MD) No.SR 26723 of 2017:- To allow the Appeal aginst in M.C.O.P. No. 1691 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli award dated 10.03.2016 and to grant such other relief or reliefs that this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 162 days is condoned and this petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
