ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he will withdraw W.P(MD)No.2228 of 2018 as early as possible. Once the said writ petition is withdrawn, the respondent is directed to process the matter. The award for paying compensation to the petitioner as per law shall be passed as expeditiously as possible. On payment of the compensation amount, the petitioner shall also surrender possession without any delay.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the award will be passed within one month and the compensation will be disbursed within two weeks thereafter. The day after such compensation is received, the petitioner shall hand over possession. 2/4
