Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 374 of Cr.P.C., against the Judgment and Conviction passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.2, Madurai in S.C.No.87 of 2010, dated 20.10.2010, the accused was convicted for the alleged offences under Section 341 of IPC to undergo one month rigorous imprisonment and also to pay a fine of Rs.500/- in default to undergo one week simple imprisonment and for the offence under Section 324 of IPC to undergo six months rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- in default to undergo one month simple imprisonment and the sentences are ordered to run concurrently.

JUDGMENT
