ORDER
The above Civil Revision Petition is filed by the defendant in the suit against the order dismissing the petition in I.A.No.323 of 2009 in O.S.No.495 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the submission as well as the endorsement of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
